Problem after installing BI Developer trial version

I'm not sure of this is the correct forum, but I just installed the trial version of Cognos BI Developer 10.2.  I'm in the Manager and it won't let me log in with the administrator account.  I'm using the password I provided at installation, but it keeps telling me it is wrong.  Is there any way short of reinstalling to reset the password?
