how to show bar x axis category labels inside the bar chart

I want to show x axis category labels inside the bar chart. Please refer to attach screenshot of bar chart.

I want months(Aug,Sep..) appearing as x axis labels to appear inside the bar chart(top chart,with green color). I could manage to move tick to appear inside the bar,but could not find any option to move labels along with tick inside bar chart.
I am using cognos 10.2.1

Any advice would be of great help.Thanks!
