FWM not allowing me to select folder to publish to

Hello!
I am upgrading from Cognos 10.2.1 to 10.2.2 with FP2.  I am currently testing the new version of FWM.  I got past the encryption error hurdle which is always fun and there are changes to the folder structure (signkeypair and encryptionkeypair) in this version, but pretty easy to navigate through.  So anywho....all testing is going well.  I am able to edit the project and publish a package, but when I try to publish to a folder (in the Content Store) other than the one that it defaults to, it opens a window that contains Cognos Connection.  It should open a window with a list of folders (the Content store) with radio buttons next to each folder that I can navigate through and choose my folder and then click an 'OK' button. 
I've deleted all history in my browser and engaged compatibility mode (using IE 11), but it still keeps opening Cognos Connection in the window.  Bizarre!  :o

Any ideas?

Found issue.  Had not completely uninstalled previous version prior to installing new version.  When I did this, the problem was resolved.
