[URGENT. Very much appreciated] Report distribution to non Cognos user

Good day All,

Would like have your advice how can I distribute the report to 10 branch managers where the 10 branch manager is not a a registered Cognos user .

Each branch manager will be only seeing the sales for their branch respectively...
I understand that we can perform the data segregation at with data security technique..
but the filtering option is based on the logon user and in my context, the 10 branch manager will not be accessing the cognos portal..

Expecting a single template of report and being scheduled every month end then email to each branch manager..

Appreciate for advice or hints to work this out...

Even if they do not log in to Cognos, you can still add them to Cognos so you can use them in bursting. Which is how you would want to do the report distribution.

Also, note that someone who receives Cognos output customized to them is technically supposed to have "recipient" licensing. (PVU licensing might negate this, I am not sure.) You might want to visit with your IBM rep or Cognos vendor about this.
