Crosstab - Total and subtotal custom calculation

Hey Folks!

I need to create a basic crosstab with a small twist (at least for me).
I need to show values and the values percentage on the crosstab.
The problem is, when the some row has missing data/null value the total and subtotal coloumn  percentage basis would be smaller than should be.
How to change or should change the report to reach the appropriate percentage?
I attached a picture to clarify the situation.
