Sub-total view in Report pages not working

Dear all,

I would like to ask help regarding the below:
I am creating a page in Page Explorer to refer to a specific query and insert a sub-total in my case on employee name. When i export to excel some of the values are grouped correctly and i see a subtotal row but for some i see duplications of names and wrong sub totals. It puzzles me how for some employees sub total is working fine for some - not. Attached is the example of incorrect sub-totalling:
