grouping to remove duplicates

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows of a way I can remove the duplicates in a list containing multiple data items. In the screenshot you will see that I have work orders grouped displaying 1, but the equipment, parent, and responsible shop are displaying duplicates(since there are multiple activities). I do not know how to group columns with multiple data items in them(the equipment column and parent column have two data items, the code and description), is it even possible? Thank you in advance!

Hi,

Select the Parent, Equipment and Resp Dept columns, and set the Group Span property for them to be the Work Order grouped column (or the Description column if you have grouped on this). Doing this means they will display only once per selected group item.
