Event Studio Report Format Excel 2002 reverts to HTML

Cognos 10.2.2

Event Studio to run one report in Excel 2002 format.  Once we upgraded to 10.2.2 the format changed to HTML in the event.  Even if we change it back to Excel 2002 and save it, it still reverts back to HTML.

Any suggestions?
