USD Currency issue when report is scheduled

1. I have a weird issue. We have a report which we are scheduling to the users daily. And we have data which shows the amount in dollars.
2. I applied Currency format to the data by using USD American dollar $. For example format of the data will be like $ 420,000.
3. But from last 10 days the format changes to $ 4,20,000. This issue shows up only when the report is shceduled. When I ran the report in PDF format format is good.
