Page Break on Prompt Value

Hi,

I am working on a report that has a prompt wiht drop down for few values like countries and also a static choice for ALL,
Requirement is to run the report for all prompt values with page break by prompt values.

Is there a way in Cognos to get page break from prompt values. I can do this from a data item that contains all the values but there are some conditions that is not possible to get all the values in dataitem.
