querying for date in footer

Hi all,

I have a report that I'm working on for a certain reissued product type.  There is no column called "reissued" in my data set, but I have FIRST_ISSUE_DATE and CURRENT_ISSUE_DATE.  And the criteria for reissues, is that the current date be *after* the first issue date.  Then I'd like to be able to put something like "For reissues, the current date is after the first issue date." beside a running total into a sub-footer at the bottom of the report.

A sample record looks like this:
