How to create a drill down technique in cross table?

hi,

on what type of package are you building your report relational or dimensional ? Drill down feature can be applied if you are making your report on a dimensional datasource , where your dimension contains hierarchy.

In that case, you simply need to go to the menubar and select Data > Drill Behavior and check the "Allow drill-up and drill-down" option :)

Hi MF, Thank you it is working but while drill down that person it show his particular data what i'm design in report studio. I need to show what put in member set hierarchy like person-> work. In my table design I cut work, It won't show. I want show that work while drill down that person.

Sorry, I can't understand your message. I'm a muppet, and therefore rather slow - can you explain in simple terms what the issue is?

Hi MF,
   This is a person wise report. Here drill down a person it show his particular records. I'm right? While drill down in member set i made a hierarchy person as root and work_name as leaf. My problem is work_name showing only it designed on table else it is not display. I want to hide this work_name while run the report. When I drill down a person than only it display. How to do it? Thank you.
