Error saving Cognos Workspace

hi all,

when a user other than Admin, launch workspace every thing work with no problem : the user can drag and drop a widget on the workspace.
but when the user save the workspace, he gets an error message (see screen shot attached):

Unable to load /ibmcognos/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi/icd/feeds/cm/id/iB4073A1073E54E36992D02EA35E9AEC4?entry=&json=&_method=PUT status:500

but the workspace is still saved after close.  When we try to open the already saved WorkSpace it shows Loading but never loads the Workspace.
I specify that if the user drag a text or an image on the workspace it works perfectly (can save it with no errors and open it when he clicks on it).
When I open workspace with my login (as an Admin) I'd not face this issue : save an open workspace with no error messages.
Have any one face this issue ? is it a security issue ?

I've made all tests that i can do : R, W, E, T capabilities to the user on the workspace function but still have the problem  :'(

Any help would be greatly appreciated !!

I would first check the Cognos server logs. There is likely more information in the logs than what you see in the error message.

I've checked the cogserver log and there aren't another detail erro message.

Could you ever resolve this? I am having the same issue in my environment ... Any help would be appreciated. We are on cognos 10.2.1 FP 9.
