DMR compare dates from different time hierarchy

Hi All!
I need to add a filter to a query in which the date of payment (payment for orders> Payments> Payment Date) is less than the date of delivery (Delivery Order> shipping> delivery date).
How to compare dates from different time hierarchy?

And another question. How to add a filter in which the delivery date is not later than the 10th day of the month following chosen in the parameter (P_MONTH)?
