New portlet not showing

Hi There,
I've got a weird situation, I've created a new portlet, and need to deploy it to my test user.
I've added the the portal page for myself, no problem. When I add it for the user, it shows up with a triangle and exclamation point on it. And if I try to click on it, non of my other portlets work and I get a msg that says:
This page cannot be displayed. It may be deleted or you may not have sufficient privileges to see it.

I tested it with the test user to the same results, and my test user has the same rights as I do, which is full read, write, execute, traverse.

Any ideas as to what could cause this?
