Event Studio data change trigger

Hi,

I've developed Cognos reports, but i'm still new to Event Studio and hoping someone can help out.

I have an existing report that the user wants delivered on the 14th of every month and then IF the data changes, have the report burst out again on the 21st and 28th of the month.

The field is [Report Date] (the date a work order was created). There is another field that calculates the days between the current date and [Report Date].

Is this possible??
