Hi Gurus,

I have a quick question on the formatting of a report, i am trying to export the report to Excel 2007 Data and the numbers are getting displayed in Text format instead of Number but when i try to import the data to Excel 2007 everything displays as expected. I have this requirement as Excel 2007 has a limitation to display 65,000 rows per page.

Any valuable suggestions and inputs would be of great help...

Thanks.

Hello v2k4u,
You can set the advanced parameter RSVP.EXCEL.EXCEL_2007_WORKSHEET_MAXIMUM_ROWS  to a value of 1,048,576 and then use Excel 2007 as your output format.

I feel obligated to point out that exporting that many rows to Excel usually means you are not really making the best use of Cognos.

But what do I know.
