Best 3rd party file comparison program for use with Metamanager Update?

I have recently purchased and installed Metamanager Update and am considering which 3rd party file comparison program to use.  This must be obtained separately.

Are there others using the update module and if so what program are they using.

I am running Metamanager on a Windows 7 workstation.

Sadly I do not have Metamanager but if it is a straight file comparing program you need, I like WinMerge. Open source, so it is free to use.
