Bursting with Dimensional Data

Hi , I am using cognos transformer to build my cube and now I needed to add a relational table which has the burst information.

Should I add this table in the transformer with a new external data and build the cube  or still it should go through framework manager and then both cube and relational data needs to be added to one package and then publish.

If so my cube builds daily and how would FM update it ..

I am not sure how it would work.
Please let me know your suggestions on which is the right way ..
