Latest not null member

Hi ,

I'm building a report dashboard where the time dimension is divided by year in one dimension and weeks in another dimension. There is also another dimension holding a current week flag of wither [Y] or [N].

My problem is that I need to return the last week for the prevvious years and the current week for this year... or the last not null week for each year.  Also they are University weeks so each year overlaps and has a total of 104 weeks

I'm new to dimensional functions and this is becoming a minefield for me.  Any suggections of the best way to return this data across a report?
