Unable to filter Arabic Data

I am facing some wired issue.
I am unable to filter Arabic data. I am applying the detail filter.

Sorry there were not much details included.

Below is the detailed description of the issue I am facing;
I have developed the Report Studio report. This report is holding a query (Report Query). One of query item in the query is Cost Center. This query Item is holding Arabic as well as English Data.
I have created a detail filter for this query whole expression reads as;
[Presentation Layer].[Cost Center Dimension].[Cost Center] = ?P_Cost_Center?

The above filter is working fine if the data selected in the prompt is English, but if the data selected in the prompt is Arabic the report is showing  no records.
