C10 has an option to have multitab for defined pages. It has an property to set up Top left or Bottom left. any chance to define  First 5 tabs  in top left and in second row next 5 tabs ?? I dont find this option in C10.2.2. Just wanted to get confirmation from experts.

Nope. You can go for top. You can go for bottom. You can't go for both at the same time :)
