Slow reports on Mobile

Hi,

I have a report which takes 5 seconds in browser mode, but running it from IPAD or Android Smartphone, can take up to 1 minute.

Do you encounter the same performance issues with the mobile application? Any way to improve it?

Is it an Active Report? Do your mobile devices connect through a VPN?

It isn't an active report, and yes, it is connecting thru VPN

Are you using the iOS/Android app, or just hitting the URL in the mobile browser?
Is it a complex or highly-formatted report?
How much bandwidth do mobile users have back to your network?
How long does it take if you run it with a local mobile device ( ;D) directly connected with the internal network?

I'm using the mobile application. When using the mobile browser, the performance is even worse, as even navigating between folders is really-really slow.

I had stripped down from the report all complex items

How can I check the bandwidth configuration?

Due to security reasons, I don't have the privilege to connect directly...

Bandwidth would be something your networking people should be able to tell you.

Is there anybody who can test a local, internal connection?

I am increasingly suspicious the issue is something with either the speed of the link itself, or with the vpn configuration. But it is just a guess. A local test could help clarify that.
