IE Caching issue

Hi there,
I'm having an issue that some of my users will pull a report one day. Next time they pull the report, they get the same data.
I run the same report, and get live data, and it turns out that they just need to refresh their cache.
Is there a way to avoid this? It doesn't appear to be a caching on the server, seems to be local.

Set the 'Use Local Cache' option to No on every query in your report.
