Scheduling reports using trigger.bat in command prompt - Not working

Hi All,

We have defined trigger names for some Daily and monthly Jobs, and we have enabled the jobs in Cognos scheduler, and We are triggering these jobs from command prompt with trigger.bat file.  I can see message that "Job Fired Successfully".  But when I log on to Cognos Portal and look for Running and Past activities, I can not find these jobs. We have just migrated from v8.4 to v10.2,  and testing these jobs in UAT, I observe all the jobs are not triggering. For testing I have created another simple job and triggered from command prompt, it is working fine.

What would be the reason and where can I see the log for these errors, in command prompt, I can only see Job triggered successfully.  But Job is not triggered at Cognos Administration. Please help me how to fix this.
