How to display the Document content which is stored in BLOB column in Oracle

Is it possible to show the content of the Document which is stored in BLOB column in Oracle in Cognos Report.

Try  using this in framework manager putting "cast_char" in front of query subject then publish.

it worked for me.

cast_char (  [dbo].[APPLIC].[POSTGRAD])
