Drill/Down and DrillThrough from parent to child.

Hello Friend
This is srujan here,i amdeveloping cognos report and got stuck and 1 step.my client is requirement is
In parent report if you drill/down to any level for example:there is a city dimension.if you drill/downs it will show city names as hyderabad,bangalore,chennai,pune.
if i click drill through on hyderabad only hyderabad records has to get executed.Can you pls help me on this how to achive this in child report.
