Hello folks,

Been a while I didn't post on here as I was away from development, but here I am, back at the beast.

Doing my beginnings in Active Reports (10.2.1, unsure about the FixPack but could find out if need be).

I have a pretty basic list with two columns for amounts, based on the current year and current year -1, say Region, Amount 2015 and Amount 2014.

Now, I want to make this report live for many years without having to touch it, so in the header of the two amount columns, I don't want to put the year part as text, instead I want to use a calculation, pretty basic stuff... that way when we are in 2016, the columns will be Amount 2016 and Amount 2015... works great... except when I want to use the "allow sorting" feature (which is awesome btw).  Since my column titles have to be set to Data Item Value (and then point to the query item that holds the dynamic text for each), it just doesn't make this feature available :(

Here is an example I did with the samples... as you can see, even though all columns are "sortable", the two called 2006 and 2007 don't work... the difference is in the column title...
