"Select all" link not visible

Hello,
I have a problem with my tree prompt - "Select all" link is not visible. "Deselect all" link is displayed correctly.
I checked the source of generated page and saw that "Select all" link gets in-line style "display:none". Anyone knows why this happens?
I have a requirement to display tree prompts instead of value prompt in which "Select all" link is displayed correctly. Will appreciate any suggestions.

When you say you've checked the source...? Does that mean that someone has hacked some javascript to generate a prompt page?

No, I run developer tools with F12 and checked generated HTML
