alignment issue using barchart and list

HI ALL
I am using 10.2.1 version and relational database.


My expecting Columns look like attached Iamge


i tryed to one bar chart and one list


Bar chart bisplay Name of employee and Marks ,list display Year pass and ID No


When i run report  alignment missing issue coming

if i fixed height  but Values are dynamic values depending filterrs


please tell the data looklike one table structure
