Unable to create Report View

Hello,

I am having an issue when I was creating Report view.

During Set prompts in Report View(According to following document at Step 3c) I was able to select first page prompt but I was unable to navigate to second page prompt. Please guide me on this ? Do I to change anything in Reports to work Report View ?
