Need to give kt for users on Cognos 10 portal and reporting on a high level so that they can understand the new features and run the existing reports of Cognos 8.4.

Ah - sorry. There is a Cognos 10 version too

I very much doubt you're going to find a PowerPoint presentation covering new features. You will probably need to create your own based on Chapter 1 in the user guide above.
