Report view for Drill through

We are using cognos 10.x, I am created cognos view for drill through report and when I tried to set prompt values, its not allowing me to next page, I got stuck at page 1 only. Without prompt values, its just running like a report.

How can resolve this issue ?

Sorry - I can't understand your issue here. Can you explain in more detail? What do you mean by "cognos view"? Do you mean a report? A report view? Something else?

Where are you trying to set prompt values? In a drill-through definition? In the target report? In the source report? Somewhere else?

What do you mean by page 1? The source report? The first page of the source or target? Something else?

I have a Report with 4 pages, from Page 1 through Page 4 have different prompts (Drill through).

Here the issue with "Report View". User wants to run this report with selected prompt vales everyday, So I decided to create a "Report View" with prompt values. So he can run the view.

I am able to create the report view and select the options in the Page 1, when I select Next button its not going to page 2 ?

But when I run main report is working fine, able to navigate from page 1 to 4.

Do you mean drill through? or do you mean you have 4 pages of cascading prompts?

If page 2 is a different report linked by a drill through then a report view of page1 won't care about the prompts on page2.

I'd assume that if you build a drill through then you'd be passing the parameters anyway when you drill.

With one page I cant create Report view.

The thing is after selecting page one, i need to select "Next"(for page 2 to select prompts) but this is not working.
