I'd suggest it might be an idea to post up the javascript code you are using in your report. Otherwise how can anyone know what you are doing and what the issue might be?

A generic google search on the error delivers a couple of promising leads:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11940872/script5009-google-is-undefined
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13590401/googles-jsapi-google-is-undefined-error-in-ie-only

However, it's impossible to know if either of these are relevant to you because you haven't given even the tiniest hint of how your report is coded.

MF.
Meep!
