Count function

Good day folks,
I have a field on my report page that shows either '0' or '1'.
I would like to add a count on the filed but would only want to count the number of times the '1' appears.
I believe this is something to do with conditional formatting.

Can someone please help and explain this to me

Thinking mathematically, if you use a sum it will work, because the sum only will "count" cells with 1.
