Change label on hierarchy top level

Hello!

Some time ago I asked this question but I guess I didn't gave enogh information to understand my need. I have a report based on a Transformer Cube, with a dimension like this: País -> Región -> Comuna, as shown in the following image:



"País" is the top level of the hierarchy. I dragged this to rows section in a crosstable and activated drilling, so I can drill down to "Región" and "Comuna" levels. What I need is to change label (text displayed as title of the row) of this element in the crosstab, but only when its in the top level of the hierarchy. Right now, when I run the report, the row label shows the name of the top level ("País") and if I drill down it shows the "Región" level element and so on. I need it when I'm in top level to change "País" text for another fixed text.

I can't change the dimension name in the cube.

Any idea?
