Hello,

When we right click on TM1 Applications on our TM1 application server, we get 3 options: Open TM1 Application Web, Open Cognos Insight - Connected, and Open Cognos Insight - Distributed. Open TM1 Application Web works fine, but the other two apparently do nothing.

Can anyone help us fix this issue?

Hi,

So, to clarify, you are in a browser, on your <servername>:9510/pmpsvc applications page, and you are unable to get the options to launch Cognos Insight to do anything? Is that the crux of your issue?

If so, the first important question is do you have Cognos Insight installed on your local machine?

Regards,

MF.

We're one step past the /pmpsvc page, we've opened an application and right clicked on the state column. We have tried this in the web browser of multiple machines with Cognos Insight 10.2.2 installed, pointing at a Cognos Tm1 10.2.2 server.

If you have time, I'm available on Sametime.

As a sanity check, what happens when you are on the pmpsvc page and you press the "Open IBM Cognos Insight" button at the top of the page?

It's almost 6pm here so no more sametimes for me today. :)

Also nothing happens when that button is clicked. Tested on two of the aforementioned machines.

Understandably so, Sametime Mobile is ruining my life  :P

Update, this now works with browsers except Firefox.

Works in my version of Firefox (ESR24). What version are you running? Is it a supported version (ie an ESR build?)
