Issues after applying FP4 in 10.2.1 in Windows

Hi,

After running FP4 over 10.2.1 BI, Content Manager and Gateway servers some previously working reports are failing with following errors:

XQE-PLN-0161   The prompt 'promptName' is used multiple times with conflicting data types: date, timestamp.
RSV-SRV-0040   CCLAssertError:0:Fatal: CCL_ASSERT(pMUN && !(*pMUN).empty());
CRX-API-0005   An error occurred at or near the position '3'. The variable named '[Query X].[XX]' is invalid.

The only post FP procedure taken was upgrading the reports.
Any clues on what could have crashed the reports? They're all based on dynamic cubes.
Do we need to perform any other procedures (e.g. republishing packages?).

Thanks

Grim

Googled the first error code. First hit was this:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21674995

Did you look up the errors on the IBM site?

Hi Grim,

Thanks for your response.
Yes, I did lookup for the errors on IBM references but it seems all of them refer to Modeling/Report Authoring issues. I'm not a Report Author/Developer and don't have much clue on where the problem would reside but the thing is, as I said, they were all working and there were no disclosure advising of possible incompatibility with FP4. As a matter of fact, the KB for one of them advise to implement FP4 to fix  :-\.

The only other thing I can think of is possible modifications to config files. System.xml...etc. There should be a <Cognos>\uninstall\backup\datetimestamp folder that you can use to run diffs to see if there are.

Other than that, I'd open a PMR with IBM Cognos support. They may have seen these errors with other customers and have yet to write the technotes.

I'm having the same error ie RSV-SRV-0040   CCLAssertError:0:Fatal: CCL_ASSERT(pMUN && !(*pMUN).empty())
post FP4 for DQM Essbase cube for some users only.
Investigating...
Any resolution from you Insighter?
