Change label on top level

Hello!

I have a three levels hierarchy like: País Servicio -> Servicio -> Comuna. When I put the "País Servicio" in a crosstable and activate drilling down/up, the table first level shows "País Servicio" label, and if I drill down, it shows the list of "Servicio" categories names, and the same with "Comuna".

I need that when I'm in the first level, the report show another label instead of default "País Servicio". How can I do it?
