line chart-show conditional Palette in legend, and hide the default legend

Hi

in line chart i used conditional Palette for the seies, and checked the "show in legend" option.
when i run the report i see two 'sets' of legend.
the defaul (with the cognos color schema) and the conditional Palette (with my color setting), how can i hide the dafault one?
