View in Excel 2007 Format- Issue

Hi All,

I have a report which is sectioned by reps showing the products sales for each sectioned reps in the cross tab.

For example say there are totally 100 reps each page will show the sales of eac rep for the respective products.

Now when I do view in excel 2007 for the report, it keeps on loading , i think its trying to load all the reps . but I need only that particular pages detail.

Is there a way to achieve this.

Your suggestions are appreciated.

Put an optional filter in the report and only run it for that representative...?

what should be the parameter for optional filter.
should the optional filter be based on a prompt. I dint get that.

Say my sectioned rep has  the following expression filter(rep level, Qty>0).
