How to add Empty Column My List

Are you trying to add a blank column into your list? Apologies if that's obvious to you, but I wasn't sure so I thought I'd ask the question. What have you tried so far?

As BigChris said, I don't think it is clear what your issue is. You can drag a text item from the toolbar into your list but then don't provide any text. The result will be a blank column in your list, so perhaps this is what you're after.

I think another way is that take any query item in the list then click on unlock button and delete the text item from that when you will run the report you will get blank column.
