New User Gets "no entries" in Public Folders

User had deleted Public Folders tab and was going straight into My Folders.

;-)



We have a new user who- no matter which group he is added to - gets

"No Entries" in Public Folders.


We've even gone so far as to add him to the Administrators group which has had no effect.

Any idea what could cause this ? ( Doesn't happen in our Dev environment which is configured identically to our Live environment).

Have you tried deleting the user, then re-adding them? My guess is deleting the Public Folders has messed up his user profile, and hopefully deleting the user will also delete the profile before you re-add them. It is just a guess though.
