Does VBA macro work in Cognos Reports Studio to format the Cognos Excel Report ?

Hi !!

I have a requirement to export the Cognos reports into excel format and there are some specific formatting to be done in the Excel report,Since Cognos has some limitations in formatting the excel report I am thinking of embedding a VBA macro in report studio while developing the report and try running the macro from the exported excel report.

I am not sure whether Cognos supports VBA macros, Have any one tried this approach is it possible ??
If so please let me know how to achieve this.
