Adding an image URL in a Report Studio chart

Hello All,

I get below error when I add an image URL in a Report Studio chart as a background for the marker.

I tried to create a certificate as said in this link. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21644090
But firefox gives me an error saying 'Unable to obtain identification status for the given site'.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
