Problem seeing content on portal using Cognos Analysis for Microsoft Excel

Hello,

I have installed Cognos Analysis for Microsoft Excel, and am able to see the tab in Excel. I am also able to enter my portal URL and successfully test it.
After that, when I try to see the content (packages and reports on Public Folder or My Folder) I get a timeout error (See attached for the content of the box with errors).

I am running Windows 7 professional, I have Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5.1 installed, as well as Microsoft Office 2010 Primary Interop Assemblies.
(I was not however follow the step in the
I am running Office 2010 on my local machine.
The version of Cognos on our portal is 10.2.1 fix pack 3.
The version of CAFE I installed in 10.2.2 32 bit.

I downloaded and installed the 32 bit version and I see the add in tab in Excel and I also can enter the url and test successfuilly. I don't get timeouts but I get "No Server selected on the right". If I choose login, I get inot regular Cognos screen. Did you figure it all out? I tried ito on My win 7 machine with Excel 2010. Did you have to do anything with the PrimaryInterop assemblies?
