I do, and it doesn't currently. I am deferring my iOS 8 update until the Cognos app supports iOS 8.

...and the very next day, IBM release a new update to the Cognos app on iOS which fixes the issue with pop-up messages on Active Reports using RAVE visualizations in iOS8.

I think they are recommending anyone who uses SSO doesn't upgrade yet though.

FYI, just thought we had a good news with the updated app on iOS8...BUT if you're using SSO with IIS you will face multiple logout...  :'(
