Manage External Data in Report Studio

Hello all,

I have a report where i have 2 different set of data in a single excel sheet like 'Branch','City','Emp ID',   & second set of data like 'Dept_no', 'Group' . I have a single Querysubject with all these the fields in excel. when i manage external datasource i need to have a link between Empl ID of external datasource with Empl_ID of the package and Dept_no of external datasource with Dept_no of package. When i do this & publish i am not able to see the external data itself in the Insertable objects area.
when i remove any one of the link & remain one link i am able to see the external data in insertable objects. But, for example if i remove Dept_no link then Dept_no have no effect on external data.

Can anyone suggest me for solution.
Any help would be highly appreciated..
