iPad Report Disappears During Refresh

I have an active report scheduled to run daily.  It saves to the server and is sent to mobile recipients defined in a group.  I include myself in the group to make sure others receive the report.  However, when I refresh My Reports within the mobile app on my iPad, the initial copy of the report is removed, i.e. visually disappears, and is not replaced with the most recent version of the report on the server.

Has anyone else encountered this?

We updated our Cognos Configuration, replacing all computer names with IP addresses and it seems to have addressed this concern.  One other related note: groups do not seem to work well to distribute active reports via mobile, although groups attached to distribution lists do appear to work.

Correction: distribution lists do not work for mobile recipients.  Groups do, however, if the individuals within them have the role "Mobile Users" as part of their permissions.
