Need Help with Query calculations

Hi Guys,

Request your help with the following problem. I am taking the example of GoSales schema.

I have the Products, Order Header and Order Items query subjects in my framework. I have created hierarchies for Time, Product.

The report that i need to do is a cross tab with the Time Hierarchy in the column and product hierarchy in the row. The fact cells will contain : The number of customers having a minimum of distinct N #of Orders . For example if I drill to year/month level then it should show me the number of customers fulfilling that condition within that year/month. The report should be drillable across the hierarchy .How do I achieve the calculation of the fact cells?

This may seem like a trivial task, since new to cognos hence asking.
